You need a designer who can bring your brand to life, keep projects on track, and make you look good. For over two years, I’ve done exactly that as an in-house graphic designer at Kredo, where I wear many hats across branding, catalog design, marketing campaigns, and production support. My role requires balancing creativity with strategy — producing designs that are not only visually engaging but also practical tools for sales and growth.
Hiring the wrong designer means wasted time and endless revisions. For the past two years, I’ve led yearly updates to the Spirit Gear Direct Lookbook using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. By actively learning about the company and its mission, I ensure designs align with goals from the start, reducing revisions and delivering final products quickly and efficiently. This catalog is a key sales tool, helping schools and organizations rally spirit and boost fundraising success.
With 5+ years of experience, I turn ideas into polished, high-performing designs. Each year I create 12 collectibles for two collections, designing the characters, illustrating them, creating packaging, and helping bring them to life in 3D, along with all supporting materials needed to launch the collection successfully.
I design the screen print, embroidered, and dye-sublimated graphics for roughly 50% of Spirit Gear’s incoming projects. This work is fast paced as we have quick turnarounds for Spirit Gear. Balancing these fast-paced requests with longer-form projects, I ensure every design is production-ready, high-quality, and aligned with the brand standards of our clients.
Every month I take our company newsletter from a pile of updates to a visually engaging, easy-to-read piece that keeps the team in the loop. By turning complex info into clear, compelling layouts, I make communication effortless and show why having me on your team means projects get done efficiently, beautifully, and on-brand.
